Summer Program

Overview:
Arts in Action Summer School is a free one month program in the summer that is designed to provide enrichment opportunities, additional academic intervention and a fun and warm environment for students to prepare for the upcoming school year.

Students in TK-12th grade are welcome.  Students from all schools are invited.  The program is a full day (8:00am-3:00pm) with before and after school opportunities.  Summer school applications are given out in May, and are due in the beginning of June.
 
Past classes have included: Engineering, Music, Art, Physical Education, Graphic Novels, Computer Lab, Math Intervention, Reading Intervention, Social Justice, Universe and more!
 
Past field trips have included: Field trip to the movies, to the park, to Dodger's stadium, to the UCLA campus, to the Getty museum
 
Past summer school events have included: Dances, movie nights, summer festival, bbqs, guest speakers and more!
